European Country. We are lucky enough to
live where
Thatching has been a part of the British
landscape since the Bronze ages and Thatched
properties are, in my humble opinion, one of the
most beautiful parts of our heritage.
If you own a Thatched
property, and are looking for someone skilled in
the trade, to repair, maintain, renovate of even
renew your residence or out-building, at an

We are a recently
established family run business that specialises
in all types of Thatched roofing. Combed Wheat, Water Reed and Long Straw
are the most popular materials used today,
but we can accommodate rarer types, such as
Heather, which in some parts of England and
Scotland are still used. If you are at all
unsure of which material is used on your
property, please do not worry as we will be able
tell you at first glance.
 We are based in Berkshire
and primarily operate in and around
Surrey, Hampshire, Wiltshire and
the Berkshire
counties, however we pride
ourselves on the quality and flexibility of our
trade and are more than happy
to work further afield if the
conditions are right, so please do
enquire.
Personally I
have 15 years of experience
working in the trade, and have
worked on numerous properties in
and around the local area, I
have learned my trade from a
number of Thatcher's who
have provided me the
opportunity to hone my skills
and develop my unique style.
I earned my Master Thatcher
status in 2006 and if you need
any further reference we are
proud to be associated with
National
Society of Master Thatcher’s.
We work
closely with our customers to
ensure a smooth fitting process
and unrivalled quality of
thatching.
We personally select our
materials from high quality local
suppliers, and pride ourselves
on our ability to ensure quality
and value for money throughout
the thatching and finishing
process.
